Auto Liability$1,000,000 combined single limit (owned, hired & non-owned)
Workers' CompensationStatutory limits + Employer's Liability $1,000,000
Umbrella / Excess$1,000,000 minimum
EMR (Experience Mod Rate)1.0 or below — verification letter from your carrier or agent
COI EndorsementsNatural Disaster Repair LLC named as certificate holder & additional insured; waiver of subrogation; primary & non-contributory; 30-day notice of cancellation
Carriers must be rated A- VII or better by AM Best. If you're not sure whether you meet these, your insurance agent can confirm in one phone call. Submit the form either way — we'll review case by case.
